God Is Still Working (Even If You Can’t See It)
Just because you don’t see movement doesn’t mean God isn’t moving.
There are seasons where it feels like nothing is happening. You’ve been praying, waiting, believing—and still, everything looks the same. No progress. No answers. No breakthrough. But silence doesn’t mean absence. Delay doesn’t mean denial. Even when you can’t see it, God is working behind the scenes, aligning things in ways you don’t understand yet.
👀 1. What You See Isn’t the Full Story
“For we live by faith, not by sight.” — 2 Corinthians 5:7
What’s visible to you is only a small part of what God is doing. While you’re focused on what hasn’t changed, God is working in places you can’t see—hearts, timing, opportunities, and circumstances. Faith means trusting that God is moving even when there’s no visible evidence yet.
⏳ 2. God Works in the Waiting
“The Lord is good to those whose hope is in Him, to the one who seeks Him; it is good to wait quietly for the salvation of the Lord.” — Lamentations 3:25–26
Waiting isn’t wasted time—it’s where God does some of His deepest work. He’s refining your character, strengthening your faith, and preparing you for what you’ve been praying for. What feels like a delay is often preparation for something greater than you imagined.
🧠 3. Don’t Let Your Feelings Override God’s Truth
“The heart is deceitful above all things.” — Jeremiah 17:9
Your feelings will tell you, “Nothing is changing” or “God forgot about you.” But feelings aren’t facts—God’s Word is. Just because you feel stuck doesn’t mean you are stuck. Truth says God is faithful, present, and always at work. Anchor yourself in that.
🔥 4. God Is Aligning Things You Can’t Yet Understand
“See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it?” — Isaiah 43:19
God is putting pieces together right now that you won’t fully understand until later. Closed doors, unexpected delays, even disappointments—He’s using all of it. One day, you’ll look back and realize that what felt like nothing happening was actually everything falling into place.
🙏 5. Keep Trusting—Your Breakthrough May Be Closer Than You Think
“Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.” — Galatians 6:9
The hardest moment to keep trusting is often right before something shifts. Don’t quit now. Don’t lose faith now. Stay consistent. Stay surrendered. God hasn’t brought you this far to leave you where you are. Your breakthrough could be closer than you think.
📜 Scriptures to Meditate On
Romans 8:28 — “And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love Him.”
2 Corinthians 5:7 — “For we live by faith, not by sight.”
Lamentations 3:25–26 — “The Lord is good to those whose hope is in Him… it is good to wait quietly for the salvation of the Lord.”
Isaiah 43:19 — “See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it?”
Galatians 6:9 — “Let us not become weary in doing good… we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.”
🙏 Prayer
Lord, even when I can’t see what You’re doing, help me to trust that You are working. Strengthen my faith in the waiting and give me peace when things feel uncertain. Remind me that Your timing is perfect and Your plans are good. Help me not to give up, but to keep believing that You are moving on my behalf. In Jesus’ name, amen.
With love,
Brandon
